im not too sure if this should be posted in here. but here it goes.
ever since i ported over from maxis to digi's iphone plan (im using iphone 3gs) i noticed that:
- there is always delays in receiving sms. sometimes for up to 30 minutes. - my sms wasnt even sent out (and there's no sent notification option in iphone made it worst) - sms sent to me was not received, i had to ask for my colleague/friend to re-send the sms
and this got worse nowadays, imagine if i am waiting for a important sms from my boss and it came late or i didnt receive it at all, whereby my boss had already sent it to me.
anyone has any solution for this?

Hi GagakMan,
Never encounter this before..i also port my line from maxis to digi.. Is it the coverage at your area is not very good? For me, I always receive sms notification saying there is miss call even my phone never rang. This is due to bad network coverage in my office. SMS so far ok.

My experience with digi was far worst. Last min back out from signing the plan but still send me iPhone digi 88 monthly bills. By right? No phone no activation = no bill. Insane.

Can anyone using Digi with Iphone plan shed some light to me?
I want to know if I subscribe to the the 24mth plan using CC. My monthly bill in OCS will show what? 1. An amount as the package subscribed (e.g. RM158) 2. Zero?
Reason is my company is giving me a monthly allowance for H/P, but if the bill is zero if I pay by CC then I cannot claim back.
Anyone can shed some light?

My understanding is if you choose Iphone 32gb, i88 plan, every month in your credit card bill, you will see RM165.58 which include the monthly charges and the installment for the Iphone.
please correct me if i'm wrong.

In Credit Card statement I understand it will charge monthly. But How about Digi Bill? I unsubscribe the Paper Bill and download the bill from OCS. The bill from OCS also show monthly RM165.58 paid? Or the amount paid show zero?

Hmm..then I guess those that paid by installment can answer this. In my bill, I can see the
Monthly charges Fixed Charges = RM88 Call Charges Then offset the advance payment I made the Total Amount Due will become 0.00
My guess is for those pay monthly, the Total Amount Due will be 165.58. Anyone can confirm?

Logically, there will still be bill from Digi beside your CC bill.
There will be charges details on Digi bill - for your subcribed package & other charges if over the quota of calls & SMS/MMS.
That is my logical thinking la. The best, drop by to Digi Center to ask..if all ok, just purchase lor.

To make it simple, anyone subscribe the package using CC can help to answer this?
In the bill first page on top. Previous Balance = RMXXX Payment = RM??? (<I want to know this amount is 0/168.58 every mth) Adjustment = RMXX

your payment is still the bill itself. let's say u go for monthly RM88
then the iphone CC installments terms is different. YOUR DIGI BILLS is still RM88 whereas the iphone they charge differently. no benefits u go for the cheap package if company paying your mobile bills.

Is the RM110 per month package for iPhone 32GB+iDigi88 worth it to pay for 3 years? What if I don't want to commit after awhile?

If not, better wait for iphone 4 which will cost similar and might have a better plan. Paying 3 years for a phone is not worth it for me. If you do not want to commit then u have to pay out the rest of the plan+phone price.
