Doesn't matter. See the Abdullah Hukum LRT and MidValley? Mid Valley was known when the lines were at the planning stage.

In the end Station 0 - MidValley 1. It would have make so much sense if the station is right at the centre now...

Yes. MX-1 and C-8 is town centre. Usually its the place where offices, serviced apartment, mall and retails concentrate.

When completion this proejct? Are there any other dev ard this one?

The project haven't official start selling yet how to know the completion date wor. From what I know, they have many parcels and many phases. A high rise may takes minimum 3 years to max around 4 years plus to complete.

MX-3 tentatively launch somewhere in Q3/Q4 this year if the economic permits.

They might need to upgrade the accessibility in this area, Jalan Kuala Selangor and Jalan Sungai Buloh is jammed up during peak hour
