Unsure whether the video uploaded by Arkitek FAA up to date or not but according to their official website, the rendering of "5 Residence Kwasa Damansara" are still there.

That's a golden question. MRT line 1 Phase 1 completion is around year end. We might see some soft launching in Q2 or Q3.

There's few more of "SA" plots in the lower part of Kwasa Land. Couldn't tell whether it will be SJK or not.

Yes. MX-1 and C-8 is town centre. Usually its the place where offices, serviced apartment, mall and retails concentrate.

The project haven't official start selling yet how to know the completion date wor. From what I know, they have many parcels and many phases. A high rise may takes minimum 3 years to max around 4 years plus to complete.

MX-3 tentatively launch somewhere in Q3/Q4 this year if the economic permits.
