MS brings future to u. Naturally selling future price. D sentral attached to MRT station, i believe MS did its evaluation of kwasaland price being sold plus appreciation (5years approx) and its project cost which will add up to its current selling price. The price may look steep now. But once kwasaland starts to develop. D sentral price may turn out reasonably a good bet. Again is the holding power for investor. I see the whole area full of opportunities in future.

Sometimes i wonder if bandar malaysia one of the preferred bidder bid price approx rm700 per sq ft. Wat was kwasaland priced at? Probably extreme comparison between two plot of lands but thats the point, i think if kwasaland is ard rm300 per sqft, while d sentral at rm1000 per sqft??? Worth while to think abt fellow investors...

The project haven't official start selling yet how to know the completion date wor. From what I know, they have many parcels and many phases. A high rise may takes minimum 3 years to max around 4 years plus to complete.

MX-3 tentatively launch somewhere in Q3/Q4 this year if the economic permits.

MRCB being the PDP, it will be another KL sentral build and maintenance quality. Poor maintenance. First class infrastructure no class not even third class maintenance. Haiz...
