So far not much info regarding this development.

I know it is partially in PJ and Shah Alam. Partially freehold and leasehold. Bumi quota is unknown but important to me as it is one indicator whether the property can be goreng or not.

Sometimes i wonder if bandar malaysia one of the preferred bidder bid price approx rm700 per sq ft. Wat was kwasaland priced at? Probably extreme comparison between two plot of lands but thats the point, i think if kwasaland is ard rm300 per sqft, while d sentral at rm1000 per sqft??? Worth while to think abt fellow investors...

no matter how big of your township in selangor unless cronies, you still need to fork out the land for low, low medium cost, so why not just build rm250k rumah selangorku which developer can at least get minor profit.

State Housing, Building Management and Urban Living Committee chairman Datuk Iskandar Abdul Samad had also announced in the November sitting of the state assembly that about 9,810 Selangorku affordable homes would be built on the RRI land in Sungai Buloh.

Of the number, 3,928 units would be built on the Shah Alam side on 202ha of land while another 5,882 would be on the 724ha of land in Kota Damansara in Petaling Jaya.

“But in the agreement between us and Kwasa Land, we have actually laid down the numbers for Selangorku houses, where 40% will be priced below RM250,000,” said Iskandar.

KWASA DAMANSARA — Master developer Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd today announced that it would invite twenty-eight pre qualified Tier 2 developers for its next residential plot R3-1, the biggest thus far, sited on freehold land measuring 24.08 acres here at Kwasa Damansara.

In a statement issued today, Kwasa Land managing director Dato’ Mohd Lotfy bin Mohd Noh said, “Plot R3-1 has been designated as a development with a residential density of 780 units over 24.08 acres fronting Persiaran Atmosfera with excellent connectivity to Kota Damansara that leads to the Guthrie Corridor Expressway.”

Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd has inked a development rights deal with Ahmad Zaki Resources Bhd’s (AZRB) subsidiary to develop the R3-4 site, covering 3.91 acres of freehold land in Kwasa Damansara.

Kwasa Land managing director Datuk Mohd Lotfy Mohd Noh said on Monday the proposed development would consist of 188 units of 162 high-rise twin tower condominiums and 26 garden villas.

“Among the condominiums offered are dual-key units with a double volume living area, a generous master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, an additional wet kitchen for Asian cooking and a dedicated storeroom - all highly sought-after features for high rise units,” he said.
