Yes, even for people who has not update since day 1, can update straight to the latest FW.
Nokia releases FW in a full package not an update package. smile.gif

I deleted a Mail for Exchange profile from my phone... Now trying to add it back but it says there's already a profile. But it's not showing.

How to fix this ?

Just wanna share this info as below:

Nokia recently released a new firmware update for its popular business phone, the Nokia E72. The new version 051.018 can be easily downloaded from Nokia Software Update (NSU). Even though Nokia E72 has support for User Data Preservation (UDP), you should backup all your data before updating this device. Check out the complete changelog below.
Changelog:

* Changes in timezones
* Adobe Reader updated to version 2.5.202
* Default system start date changed (11/10/2010)
* Clock time font changed (update after a previous firmware, v51, made it appear smaller)
* Device Management fix
* Keypad Autolock fix (autolock now restricted to homescreen)

This firmware update may not be available for all product codes. You may have to wait for few days or even for few weeks before this update is available in your region. If you find something new or if you have some screenshots or videos of this firmware update, please share with us.

already tried to update since yesterday but till today, nothing updates available through E72 itself or NSU... sad.gif

^^ that is the norm, unless you change the PC itself via NSS.

Hmmm...changing the product code is not worth it...some updates are not that major anyway

that's partially true, but some users are just too itchy to upgrade..so fastest method is to change the PC. smile.gif
