latest one lo...minor minor bugs here and there lo..
smartconnect so useful but buggy...RAM management could be better.. if not.. perfect phone functionality wise... and it's monstrous battery life.. |

useful but notworking on this firmware..as the name suggests it's a smart application..those apps that don't support Destination can utilize this app...
basically smartconnect allows u to group a number of connections that are frequently used (be it wifi,3g,gprs).. and priority of each connection can be set.. for example..i'm using one world cup app which by default uses WIFI(i set one la initial setting)..let's say i'm out of the WIFI zone, i need to read some world cup news..i can't coz it wont automically connect to 3g or gprs...(i have to manually set it under application manager)..so it's very mafan in other words, it works like the symbian web browser with Destinations This post has been edited by blackrobin: Jul 8 2010, 05:57 PM |

What would i wan to see in the next firmware?
1. fixes all minor bugs like letter skipping, shortcut keys not working, etc etc 2. better sensitivity of the optical navi pad. 3. increases the base volume of loudspeaker 4. remove transition ui in gallery, email app 5. increase in overall performance, better ram management This post has been edited by blackrobin: Aug 9 2010, 01:04 AM |

well i have to free up some ram from time to time using kill me app... ram is imp in web browsing...
one that thing annoys me is the optical navi key.. it's a total gimmick from nokia.. some tweaking has to be done here...transition from item to item should be quicker, a few quick swipes should get me to the top.. ironically, optical navi works quite well with the default browser... default gallery is good but marred by inconsistent transition ui.. |

oh well u can always can get a cover or something(protective case), and in your case, get a black one
or get silver or brown... tey have unicolour body. erm i'd say e72 is a better choice in terms of specs and price. the price is already sub 1k. with e72 , u'll get a very good 5mp and a 3.5 mm headphone jack..e71, of coz is a still good choice. it's firmware is rock solid...well it all depends on ur preference... QUOTE(fuzore @ Aug 9 2010, 02:43 PM) nokia messaging...emailAdded on August 9, 2010, 3:39 pmi think the problem lies in the email client itself.. the client is unable to download large file o even worse, it will not show up at all. This post has been edited by blackrobin: Aug 9 2010, 03:39 PM |
