last about 1 week
change the tensioning bearing
which model ur fan
denso , apm or 1 more dunno wat brand
if denso style come complete with fan rm 70
if other brand motor onli 55 i think
spare part shop price
u pull the spare part uncle to see yours and as him wat type
diy la
few nuts onli

this wire that goes in to the casing with the yellow and black wire 4 tier wire
single black wire onli
theres a socket
replace the upper part onli before the socket
if u disconnect it ur car would act like no battery in it
my starter problem is it would click and wont rotate
after fix it start without problem

Already spray some WD40..no last longer than 10 hour..
Change the tensioning bearing? Actually the sound is come from compressor or fan?
I though is compressor?

my old acc compp like that...first emmit sound...after 1 week..even not use acc....comp still running.....even spray wd40....but turn slowly.......now change with same model of comp....the problem is gone....use rotation comp type

have ur engine running den hear where the sound came from

every workshop have stetoscope like doctor...but different is foremen stetoscope use long steel.....can try that.....find long thin steel like gantang motor....vaccum hose,2 rubber tyre valve....tubeless one.......and hose splitter plastic one....

How much u change the comp?

Just worry isn't compressor issues? IF YES..than wan faster go and repair it within this few week..
Put compressor oil can solve the problem?

i buy second hand one.....i get it about Rm180 if im not wrong....uninstall and install it cost free....coz i diy....but im change comp 3 time in 2 days.....2 times coz shop i buy that comp give me faulty 1 and another one the pully to to big...until touch belt tensioner ......luckily at my workplace give me free acc gas.....

Still don know is comp sound or belt sound or bearing sound..since three of them stick together..so cannot determine..
But the belt i don feel it was loose..but i feel it was so tight..btw...If fan less spinning will cause the "yikkkkk" sound?
And..any recommended and good workmanship shop nearby serdang or enquine park introduce? Cheap is better!

yesterday is my unlucky day.......my car battery kong.luckily kena infront battery shop....wanna change yokohama but to expensive about rm160.so change 3K battery....wanna change sparkplug......1 of 4 spark plug to thight until my spark plug opener bengkok ...one bulb socket melted ......now my voltmeter not functioning......reason negative wire tercabut....many problem.... ...but soon will be solved

due to new clutch sets plus gear oil-rm400, skimming flywheel-rm50 my car run smooth now. blh tarikk without the clutch slips like before.. hehe... and the car.. running 100kmj at 3000rpm... 120kmj at 3500rpm... 130rpm at 4000rpm... oke ke this reading sifu2...? last time i remmber i go 140 at 4000rpm... mybe coz of skimming flywheel, at 4000rpm i can ko only 130kmj huh..?? haiya.. top speed reduce a little... hehe...tp pickup byk syiokk... emmm... any comments...??

Skimming flywheel does not affect your gear speed ratio.

doest effect huh..?? but smeone said to me when skimming flywheel can effect topspeed and pickup.. pickup is more. but top speed is less... huh.. i dont know which one to believed.. hehe...

yup....flywheel is heavy weight...so in top speed....flywheel help the clutch turn faster.....

Less weight on flywheel, less momentum. So u get better response but suck @ top speed.
