Calibrate the screen.

Menu > Settings >Sound and Display > G-Sensor calibration (check at the below) > put the htc on the flat surface > Calibrate.

Anyone know the best way to watch anime on Desire? Been converting most of my mkv files to mp4 format but I cant seem to get the subtitle working.. any advice or tools to recommend? Currently i'm using Videora iPod Converter...

i'm using AVS video converter..
when converting, i need to go to advanced settings select the subtitles then my animes got subs...

I'm using this method too. Though sometimes the audio will out of sync with the video. Usually happen to me for video more than 10 minutes. Any idea why?

the other day i tried converting "Chuck"(english series) no problem so far..
Chuck per episode is like 45 mins

try to look for the settings in your video converter software...

i believe that this is asian firmware issue.. my friend bought an ap set and the vid was perfectly in sync compared to mine which is out of sync for about .5 sec.. perhaps it has been fixed for european update.. hopefully it will be resolved upon froyo's arrival..

It happens to me as well, but that time i was converting 2 hours movie which is around 900mb~~
After that i play using rockplayer, it can play a lot of different files, dont need to convert and no out sync anymore~~~

so whats your converted video resolution and bitrate? mind to share?

where do you download rockplayer from? is it paid apps?

You should try explore a bit before asking, it is more fun and you will find a lot of interesting thing in this phone~~

I think "ahem" version is something like the pirated software you used in your personal computer....
someone buy it or crack it then share it out~~
