Hey guys, can emails in desire automatically updated when new emails incoming and give some notification sound? how to set automatic updates for emails and facebook if possible?

p/s: love the signature below the status in facebook. 'via HTC Sense'

if we updates the status in facebook using friend stream, it will appear HTC Sense. If we update using Facebook apps it will appear facebook for android.

When i got the phone, the facebook apps already inside the phone. So not sure whether same or not

Has anyone successful using HTC Sync? I have installed HTC Sync downloaded from HTC website. When i connecting the USB in HTC Sync connection type, it fails to detect HTC Sync in my computer.

Hi, i have asked the question previously, but seem nobody did not answer that, thats ok. Just want to ask again, have you ever try to use HTC Sync from your pc to you Desire, i have tried so many times and install unistalled few times, i still cant connect to HTC Sync on my pc. I downloaded the HTC Sync from the HTC website.

Serious, how? I cant view the inbox message in facebook apps, unless i go to the mobile facebook. Is there any way to using FB apps to check the for the new message. It would be nice if every time i check my fb, it always been updated without me press refresh menu.

To try the set, u may go to lowyat, look for sis shop and there u can try the set like what i did b4 bought the phone.

Disable vibration on keyboard

Menu > Settings > Language and Keyboard > choose your current keyboard, mine is CN Thai Keyboard > Untick 'vibrate when typing'.

You may search 'advanced task manager' in market and download the app. It works as what you required. For the recent apps, i also only see 6 app, i think its only capable of handling 6 recent apps.

Guys, do you have any idea how to set notification email especially for label that has been set up in gmail. the reason is, sometime when new email coming, it will redirect to my label instead of inbox, so there are no notification for that matter. look for the setting but its no avail.

Calibrate the screen.

Menu > Settings >Sound and Display > G-Sensor calibration (check at the below) > put the htc on the flat surface > Calibrate.

same to me too. saw the CN Thai keyboard eventho i bought original from SIS. But still, i dont bother it after few days, as long as i can type normally than it should be ok for me.

Just installed and tested wavesecure. Its totally good, i dont mind to pay for the security of my phone.

I just played Guitar Hero in my friend Iphone, wish that Guitar Hero can make their app can play in Android similar like Iphone, i tried the Guitar Hero for mobile playing in Android, but its not so good compared to Iphone.

Hows the 720p video treat you? is it much better when viewing in the phone or just as the same like stock rom video ?

I have the same problem too as in last few days, i myself tried to call my desire phone (using CELCOM). i call from my other phone (Digi) to desire and it goes straight to the voice mail. and my desire will received msg regarding a missed call from my digi number. And same goes when i tried to call any other number using desire, it will drop automatically when making calls.

Hey guys, wanna ask something, it has been asked before if i'm not mistaken, but its hard for me to browse 78 pages again. So, hope all of you don't mind.

1. If i root my Desire, can i unrooted back to stock rom, where can i get exactly the stock rom as i have right now.

2. Is my warranty will void if i root? do i need to unroot if i need to send the HTC Service Center?
