Yes... why because when someone ready to sleep, then in calm and silent situations and listening Dabeizhou, then his own soul may listen to and during the time he fall into sleep, wont have any nightmare or evil spirit may disturb it...

Its better to listening to the sutra than self recite it.. cause some sutra word is hard to understand and pronounce it... So, when listening, our heart also may follow to recite it....

If not a nightmare, then its doesn't mind and also maybe the spirit want to leave a msg thru dreams... If dream bout nightmare everynight, then its a sign that encounter with spirit..

take all this as knowledge, cause so far nowadays, so many way to defencding spirit / ghost have been gone so far and will be vanished one day if not told or share with others...

When the baby keep crying when sleep, then might be some ghost / spirit disturbing , if when the baby smiling when sleeping, means he dream that playing in the garden... This one told by my mum when my nephew sleeping time...
