pump foam to the main chasis, reset the absorber and fine tuning air-fuel.
foam is very effective man, I m going to ask that boss if his foam can be applied to my LC.

oo sound insulation, more rigid chassis, impact absorber. & yet add around 3kg, tht's wht they say. its a thing tht can reduce chassis stress if use this foam.

OooOOOoo!!! I want!

You put the foam in all A-B-C pillars? What about main chassis? I heard something about Proton Savvy has that in the pillars.

Anyway, I'm having problem with my old bikes' chassis starting to rust internally...

Can you share: pricing, labor etc charges? Can DIY or not?

hehe, I am using the 2nd cheapest package only (only pump into the mainframe of the car. The effect is already good (can read the spoiler). It costs me about RM700 with 4 bottles of foam + labour (each about 1.5L size)
as for DIY, here's one of the FAQ i copied from autofoam website:

5) How can I be sure that the whole panel is fully treated?

That's is exactly why we do not recomend DIY and we do not appoint dealers yet. With our propietory methodology, utilising both European & Japanese techniques, we can assure you that.......we will show you during the process, we cannot be telling the whole world our secrets.

here is the FAQ page.

haha, thanks for the info.
Just a friendly reminder to ppl here, buy the products from them is ok, but don't install. Their workmanship is real sucker (not to mention they are money sucker too). TBH, I m totally disappointed with the car modification shops (be it M-power, Speedworks or northen garage) in Penang. They can BS a lot until ppl think it is logical, but a BS is still a BS... dun get conned tongue.gif

I'd recommend northern garage. Although their tuning knowledge is so so, at least they provide good service. Price is also quite reasonable.

Speedworks and M-power has very sucky customer service, and sometimes con ppl too (esp speedworks). Afterall, they share the same boss tongue.gif

btw, my engine most likely kenot gao dim in short term. sien ady, gotta use back 135cc block, standard head (no porting one) and standard carburetor. cry.gif
