You will only get free garage slots if you managed to have the following tanks in your garage :-

- KV with the KV-2 turret mounted
- KV-3
- IS-4

How big is this patch 7.4?

Because this round is the updates for russian tech tree.
The american's will have their turn later in the future but I can't confirm which patch it will be.

Might be better to just download the launcher from the site and download the client there.
