Where's Mr Aza?

I need his opinion on this. I recently got the fast track offer to do PHD from my degree (architecture) and I currently in a huge dilemma whether to further my study or going out and practice.

1. Can i cope with the PHD level research given that I jump straight from degree?. I heard many seniors tried and give up midway.
2. What are the pros and cons if i take the offer?
3. And what's the catch of the fast track programme (by UTM)?

Right now I am leaning towards practice, but the offer is too good to turn down.

i. i have a number of students doing fast track PhD. they dont seem to be facing any problem, especially since we're in one of the stressful courses around. but that's probably because they're already used to with the stress level five years before .

ii. cons: probably none. u'll lose some youth, but not that big a deal to most people.
pro: a hell lot.

iii. there is no catch. it's that good hahaha.
