i went lowyat plaza the other day, got unifi booth there and they said pandan perdana will be covered in june or july, and i then i call unifi center and they said next year april ...

I using 1Mbps streamyx now... and the speed here very slow!! watch youtube always lag! ping about 90ms!! about 6 months back, my streamyx down for about 2 weeks!!! call them and scold them also no use...

aw man, according to ahcheap's list, my area will only be covered in 2Q201 but they're korek'ing now... basket.. hopefully the list is just a guide

what do you all mean by koreking and cutting the road?

here most of cable is under the road so they have to cut it 1st..then use something like backhoe loaders aka "jentera korek" to dig out then put cable inside..country like japan most of their cable is like our electric pole ...they dont put under it...and thats why they have good borakband coz easy to setup...just hook up at existing pole.. plus tm sux..lol

Only in certain parts of Johor Bahru and Klang Valley unifi are available for Residential consumer based on the future coverage posted by ahcheap...

Penang will have fiber for residential through Time Fibre Broadbad/ASTRO IPTV.

It'll be available in GeorgeTown, Bayan Lepas and Batu Feringghi.

That wraps up the 1st phase of HSBB as we enter 2nd phase in year 2013.

What a joke, been waiting since last year, call them nearly every two weeks, they keep mentioning a later date, called them and gave them my name and number, added myself to the demand list, and what do I get? 3RD quarter of 2012 for Kajang? Pfft, it will sure go on till a later date if I call to check again. Really lost hope for Tm, Kajang is one of the last areas to be covered. What a joke, been waiting since last year, call them nearly every two weeks, they keep mentioning a later date, called them and gave them my name and number, added myself to the demand list, and what do I get? 3RD quarter of 2012 for Kajang? Pfft, it will sure go on till a later date if I call to check again. Really lost hope for Tm, Kajang is one of the last areas to be covered.
