WTH only local web?

Meanwhile my friend stay at taman melati area not affected at all, he can still online.

hai,wat this streamnut doing , only can surfing local site, all international site is down!! they didn't event put any announcement on this when fixing? at puchong area ....zzzz....

So, some places cannot surf International links?? ..mine here can surf quite ok (Kuching, Sarawak) but cannot access any of the DDL (MU,MF,RS) ..anyone in Kuching experiencing the same thing??

Luyang, KK, Sabah here. I am not having any problems with international sites at the moment (so far). Not sure about rs, mu, etc - did not try them out in the last few days but my torrents are fine. The only thing I am experiencing is unstable line with frequent disconnections which may or may not be related to the "maintenance"/"upgrading" going on.

i dont have problems with international site..can still surf..however there is an extremely reduced speed here. area: AU 3..

Its not me ...its MrHoh ...i am located in Kuching, Sarawak ..now, my line is quite ok, downloading back to normal

Today 5am, everything went back to normal.

can anybody find out why ping goes way beyond acceptable during peak hours? what is streamyx up to?

Ping to which sites? Provide sites and result. Also try to trace route to see where the problem may be happening.

can't traceroute, will need to install pingplotter to do it. tracert will give all * lol.

cb tm downgraded my speed back from 1.5mb to 1mb..... just after lodge report to MCMC.

What ping times do you get for 202.188.0.133 and 202.188.1.5?

same man. 133 is the main dns, 132 is their backup dns or something. i use 132 cuz its less congested usually.

this is similar for ?all? sabah-'based' lines. if u've read previous pages, im not the only person with this god forsaken ping.

sarawak(kuching-based link) had their bad days. now its sabahs turn.

Then the best is to keep complaining to TM giving them your test results. See if a trace route shows where the problem may be at and provide that to TM too.

How do I complain about my internet speed? Its been like this for 2 months, I've tried calling them before but they just resetted my port. Honestly I don't know whats the procedure to complain. Do I call 100?

same 2 months already, i been calling them since the start, last 2 weeks they call me up and told me that the server in my area is overloaded is shifiting our line to other server but it takes time,lol,will give them another week before i call up again
