This, like the last time I made a report was quickly resolved. They were nice, polite and didn't mind me asking questions about totally unrelated stuff (although I still hate being treated like a noob when they say 'turn your modem on/off' haha but this is to be expected and standard practice). From my perspective anyway it does seem like they are getting better at this customer service thing, or maybe I just wasn't feeling angry & frustrated

(had it been another 1-2 days of nothing happening, maybe I would start).
As for international routing, still having difficulty reaching certain places, speed is semi-ok though for connections that can be established. Fluctuating up&down, but I guess that's due to the maintenance going on as per usual. Hopefully whatever it is it will be resolved soon. This was also happening before my line died for a week or two already. Other than that no additional problems. So that's one issue fixed and another one left.
For those of you in Sabah, what kind of pings do you get to the KL server? I seen some guys get pretty low pings before but the latency on my end is nothing near what these guys are getting.
