yo 0.0MB so slow dude go make report

can't patch my Battlefield Bad Company 2 using auto patcher (update server in EU i think) Steam can hardly login. And downloading files from UK limited 50kB/s max. can't go more (usually 116kB/s)

I think it depends on the technician. I call TM yesterday.. after troubleshoot with the technician on the phone, they come to fix my line today.. my line from 348kbps now is 2048 kbps. very happy customer now

mean u get higher caps??? from 384 kb to 2MB WTH?

yeah my package is 1mb but now is usually 2mb. hope it stays that way.

Does anyone experiences the extreme slowdown of TM since 2 days ago?? It only happen on night which I have problem in surfing the international link. I have 1Mbps speed but I only receive 443kbps download speed. Did they throttle my line??

One of the technician called me yesterday afternoon due to migration at Wangsa Maju Exchange, but I told them it was supposed to be in the morning not at night but he insisted that they only do it at night....was that an excuses to close my report? haiz....

Usually u will receive call from them asking is it ok to close the report.. If u are not satisfied and still got less then 80% speed subscribed; do not close the report. Its the consumer right.

Let me share with you a funny story...

I called TM... inform them about high latency issues... send info, to speedtest, pingplotter and etc... then, they opened a report for technician to investigate and resolve. about 4 days later (WITH NO APPARENT CHANGES TO THE SITUATION), they call me they will close report and coz problem fixed... I told them how can you consider the problem as fixed/ resolve when I'm still pinging TM's DNS @ 600 - 700ms???? They say they will check again.

I dunno whether to laugh or cry.

Gosh, I got "All circuits are busy at the moment" when i tried to called out using normal housephone.

I was trying to test the housephone coz i couldn't connect to internet.

Waited 30mins and finally reconnected back to internet. But the latency now is horrible. Ping 200-300ms to google with frequent timeouts.

goodness the disconnection marathon is coming back..

Internet surrently on off on off in Sandakan.
