After sometime running c6 cfw v11 I feel it's getting slower.
Anyone have that problem?

Depends on which CFW you chose. Some of them overload the CFW with too many effects that it lags the phone, while some even worse, they add mods that are not even scripted properly inside..

micro usb port, kinda lost mine, can we just buy one from pc shop n still able to transfer/charge our phones?

You can backup using Pc Suite also.
You won't lose applications unless you hard reset or flash to CFW.
