QUOTE(AlexLai @ Dec 4 2010, 10:56 PM) I'll get Kinzu anyday. Solid performance. The Pyra still has some way to go before it matches the Kinzu when delivering the goods. The Pyra however, is good if you need the macros. haha thought so, cause one of my friend is planning on getting a gaming mice. i recommend him the kinzu. but he is still attracted to blings, xpecially roccat's. n the side note, due to my inability to get to lowyat, anyone thats going there soon and interested in helping me out on this little errand(which is purchasing a kinzu oem pack for me) please inform me, yes, your favour will be repaid in terms of cash if you want. Least friction slippery glide i will recommend you get a hard mat. (ironclad, SS HD surface, Destructor etc) This post has been edited by jasmineivan: Dec 5 2010, 03:47 AM |

QUOTE(lightonokira @ Dec 5 2010, 12:36 PM) Ergo mouse choices. (How come you ask for ergo mouse but researched about Xai)Ikari laser, Imperator, Kone (maybe wait for Konw[+]), Deathadder, Mamba (over your budget) Choose based on your preference. Just read back your old post, lol found some mistake, no such thing as 9H i think you talking about 9HD. |

QUOTE(lightonokira @ Dec 6 2010, 04:26 AM) hmm The shape, type of ergonomic is depends on user's own preference, mine is Ikari.you listed ikari laser as the first choice.. mind entertaining me more on this?? cons and pros vs imperator? In sensor wise, cant notice any significant difference in tracking power for both the sensor, of cause imperator can achieve higher dpi. Not sure how about Imperator DPI toggle system. I satisfied with My Ikari Laser, no need any software to change dpi. Just use the button below the scroll wheel and save it at the onboard memory. The Imperator having a glossy surface at both side, but Ikari was rubber coated, depends which type you prefer to grip it. Scroll wheel, SS scroll wheel is the worst thing in all it feature. I compared my Ikari laser, Kinzu and DA, the best scroll wheel still the DA, tight. SS's scroll wheel is easier be loosen after long term usage. |

The Xai and Kinzu's scroll wheels are still ok. My old Ikari Optical was RMAed once for a very loose scroll wheel.

QUOTE(lightonokira @ Dec 7 2010, 12:37 AM) scroll wheel is a major concern for me as i use them alot... SS scroll wheel is actually nice, but i think after the age more than half year then the performance of the scroll is dropping. The sound also not nice anymore.alright that's out of my list.. i need a mouse which is as good or better than the DA 1800 and mx518.. also.. i need a mousepad which just glides.. i want the mouse to feel "airy" please advice.. If you like the ergo of DA, just get the 3500dpi version. Nice mouse, only complaint is the heat release, made my destructor and 4HD hot. Overall top rated mouse of myself are Ikari Laser, Mamba, Naga, DA, Kinzu, then only Imperator. I rate this based on my own preference mainly on comfortability. Airy? Ironclad? or Steelseries HD and SX. And polish the mouse feet with SS glide Dot. |
