In air conditioned room you wont. In fact, it's quite cold.
I tried playing in BlitZone CS 5 on 5 room, and I didn't sweat as much as DA.
*
rubber surface wil make easier to swt
if u love ikari but don wan feel the heat on it
then i suggest mayb can go for iron lady

it is glossy surface will be more cold

gaah... this is gonna be off topic I guess~ doh.gif  but if you wanna the best for membrane kb would be Sidewinder X4... RM198 only~

IM JUST GIVING A RECOMMENDATION~!!! DON'T DELETE~!!!  vmad.gif

Added on September 12, 2010, 11:35 am

uhh... IMO I've tried the Ikari Optic and the glossy surface just makes it hard on the grip... Razer's rubber coating is kinda better~ tongue.gif
*
rubber coating ofcos nice for grip and the touch for myself also more comfortable
but if swt on the rubber coating i think will make it easy to stick with the dust and rubber coating is not easy to clean it as well

haha wanna reply about the comment of x4..since off topic better don post here

haha u need so many gaming mouse..
but if i m u i won use kinzu and mx518 any more
since u owning a imperator which is difren standard from kinzu and mx518

for kinzu still better cos it is ambidextrous which not same with imperator

cos find any reason dat u cont use ur mx518

i think u juz put it in a drawer with using it anymore ^^

MX518 i prefer more, cause Razer products are low in quality build.
*
agreed for certain circumstances and extension

but i will say it at another way
razer is not bad in quality but expensive in price
let say rm 100 of razer product is not as good as logitech product that u mention
let say compare krait and mx518
i wil choose mx518 as well

but razer still got its high end product (i think so)

and say it again (i not hate logitech, juz don like it,no cos of any perfomance prob)

mousepad doesn't matter as the carpal tunnel is above ur wrist... it's slightly on the lower part of ur palm so try to to apply too much pressure then you're holding the mouse... cts only occurs when thr's too much tension applied to it~ so the glove acts as a cushion between my lower palm and the mouse~, as for the wrist part it's just to prevent straining my wrist as I tend to move the mouse a lot with my wrist instead of my arm~

Razer fail? I beg to differ... it mostly depends on your luck as Razer really missed a lot with their QC~
*
u meet lot case they missed for qc??
i haven yet

then do u think wrist rest will help??
mayb something like exactrest??

for victor:
u say use cloth mouspad than no nd the glove
but if i not mistaken i say the pic that he using megasoma (consider cloth pad)
but he using also la (so i think for him no matter cloth or hard mat, is important to use the glove)

I see my name. whistling.gif

But as much I dislike Razer's QC in general (3 products dying in 12 months is pretty steep) I don't hate the brand. They make darn good gaming products, it's just that I found the grass to be much greener on the SteelSeries side.

Another thing regarding wrist support is how you grip your mouse. It seems claw gripping puts more pressure on the wrist compared to a palm grip.
*
i like ur reply
which ss product u using??

totally agree..some ppl totally using palm grip and whole palm is on the mice and wrist is not touch the table or the mousepad at all

me too, i only choose what i want. mouse are very personal device. Razer Mamba.. not good quality, i read many reviews. so i end up get the Logitech G9x, not the bad mouse, i like it. but i will try Logitech G700 after release.
*
same here..i owes perceive my gear with outlook first..if i don like the design no matter how good the performance i won choose..i will choose several design that i like then ony compare the performance only i buy

Recommend a good mouse for grip style. No Razer plz  tongue.gif
*
my opinion is
if more to claw then i prefer ambidextrous

if more to palm then i prefer ergo

but myself is consider semi clam and palm also, usually i doing horizontal movement will me palm but when come to rapid vertical then i will change to claw only spot instead of pulling my arm up and down on the mousepad
anyway juz my opinion

I have Razer phobia after owning a Razer Copperhead that was famous for the auto double-click problem. Even after RMA also still the same. doh.gif

example like me..comfortable with both da and ikari..don really like imperator shape
is juz personal preference

yup agree with bro technog
usually for claw grip, will use ambidextrous..for claw grip but use ergonomic
u wil feel the mouse size is too big..and u cant do vertical movement smoothly and faz
