hello, i would like to pointed out that gaming mouse only provides you with the privileges of using the mouse more comfortable as well as using macros and programable keys to make your game handy. Gaming mouse doesn't makes you become pro in gaming.

Mouse limits your skill, if your skill lower than mouse limit, then buying a gaming mouse doesn't improve your gaming, but it makes your gaming life more comfortable and easy.

Gaming gear for me is not means the tools will make the user become pro.

Most of this gear (mouse, keyboard, headset) is for better gaming experience.

Mouse: more comfortable, not tiring for long time gaming, precise accurate.

Keyboard: for me not really only for gaming, a good keyboard will make user enjoy typing as well.

Headset: never bought and not buying any gaming headset, bought hi fi headset for music and movie enjoyment only.

i just brought G700 for RM270 in Midvalley.

For what i feared about mouse issue on wireless. i kept trying all types of pooling, and repeat rate, battery power mode, it doesn't seems to suffer any type of problem as stated in their website.

So i think this is wireless issue, but hardware based error, but if anyone that brought the mouse really suffer this issue, i suggest you may go to RMA your mouse.

For me, this mouse just feels very good, and all the settings seems convenient and nice, i really appreciated for purchasing an awesome mouse just for RM 300 below.

and the mouse feels just comfortable in my hand, more better than the gigabyte that i`m holding(for me, because i got slightly big hands.) i tried palm grip, my hand is still slightly bigger than the mouse. i will may go for palm/claw grip hybrid laugh.gif . But the mouse is really comfortable for me, if made compare with GM-M8000X, i don't really like the mouse design a bit, because of the thumb area, quite bend to the inside. and both side rubber with holes... you may have alot of dirty stuck in those holes. Well. currently still not yet written the review. cry.gif .

i would rate G700, 4.5/5

so fast you took the plunge eh brows.gif

I'm not lying when I said I didn't notice any wireless problem with this mouse tongue.gif

IMO it takes time to get used to this mouse,
due to it having more buttons than even the regular gaming mouse (like naga) plus the extra curvy shape

also, I find that the stiff charging cable provided, isn't really stiff,
more like the user is used to being wireless, then when back to wired mode,
user will feel like being "tied down" hence the stiffness

4.5/5, should be good then laugh.gif

You bought it from which shop? feel like testing one unit.
from all the pictures I saw, looks more like those portable Pyra-shaped mouse. Didn't expect it to be almost the size of DA.

The only complaint I have is the stiff charging cable. Not easy to move around with it attaching the mouse. sweat.gif

Yeah, i have go agree on that, need to have quite a big place for the wire to reduce the feel of "Stiffness" brows.gif

i started to using more and more button due to the fact of macro, as well as it's quite handy to move certain keys to mouse button there. so, overall i'm quite happy with the mouse for now.

I purchase from a logitech reseller shop, shop named I-TEC@MV SDN BHD.
Btw, i didn't try before i buy, lol, i just saw the mouse got sold there, and then, search a couple more of reviews and go purchase it at night time. just to make sure not everyone suffers the same issue.

As for gripping feel comparison between pyra, i don't really have any comment as i don't have the mouse for the moment, But gripping the mouse sure feels a bit like Kone, but it's more higher abit, but that doesn't mean it's more uncomfortable. so don't worry about it, guys smile.gif

The Pyra gripping exp certainly is not as comfortable as G700 as I owned Pyra before. smile.gif

I got the G700 last week, gotta say I'm very satified with its performance, the extra G buttons are very nicely designed and easily press. Shape design is also very comfortable, and unlike what others say, i feel its ok for both claw and palm grip. The only gripe i have with the mouse is the rough sandy texture, very uncomfortable on the skin. I prefer the rubberized texture of the Mamba.

the "rough sandy texture" of the mouse is actually a plus point for me,
it makes the mouse to be more long lasting compared to rubberized surface,
because it doesn't peel off after few months of usage unlike the rubberized surface,
the rubberized surface might feel nice at first,
but once the rubberized surface starts peeling off,
combines that with the sweat from your hand, it'll turn into a pile of sticky mess,
either that, or you rub off the whole thing off and reveal the shiny plastic surface,
which renders the rubberized surface to be pointless in the end.
