If you are not at Chapter 11 or beyond chapter 11, don't bother to upgrade weapons to star. There were people finished the story without upgraded weapons.

You may refer this website to know the multiplier value of your component.

Every time you upgrade weapon, first upgrade it to have multiplier x3 by using Organic Components, then use the best Electronic Components to 1 time upgrade to star, of course this might need some calculation, else you can refer to the general upgrade guide at page 1. Remember save it before you upgrade, you can try with the best combination to save your resources.

The 3 and 4 sacrifices near the teleports are pretty good for gils if you can't do tortoise yet. Kill them and run to either wings just below the sacrifices and they'll respawn.

Yellow colored ones are meant for you to jump with a chocobo. Without it, you can't do it.

Is it just me, or I find it very annoying to get to Faultwarrens only through a Chocobo? Like I can't walk through it or something.

Damn I hate the Tonberry Trio.

I don't really remember it anymore, but first things first you'd need to beat Chapter 12 to unlock the oasis with Chocobo's in it (So that they begin to roam around Gran Pulse). After that, you need to keep searching for marks to beat ( that should lead you to defeating Sahagins at the Oasis) and the cutscene should roll out.

Sorry I forgot what mission number it was though. huhu.

you can only get chocobos by completing a mission in the plains that will unlock the chocobo sanctuary. the mark in that mission is hard to beat unless you have leveled up your weapons and your characters, because it is one very big monster, dood.

Just finish the story first, then you will find it interesting when you trying to 5 stars all the mission. Those missions much more harder and challenging compare to the final boss.

Mission 7 at Yachas Massif - Paddraean Archaeopolis there, walk futher into that map, then you will found it, just nearby the mission 6 cie'th stone.

That big volcanic monster location can only be accessed by a chocobo, the entrance is nearby the 6 cie'th stone location.

You can ride on chocobo after you completed mission 14.

Ya, go ahead and finished the story and unlock the highest level of your crystarium.

I don't know if this is luck, but to share a tip on Limit Breaker trophy.

I was fighting against Adamantoise last night and I used Vanille. Tried to do Death trick on it. I summoned Hecatoncheir and disabled both its legs. After killing it, I got the trophy. Any chance that I broke the limit when I summoned Hecatoncheir.

Can the weapons be brought forward when we load and play for the second time? I tried once but to no avail. Hundreds of hours being poured and I couldn't bring those weapons forward...Anyone? Any ideas?

It goes well rewarded when one is playing the same for Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. When the Stealth Item and the Bandanna is being rewarded. What's the purpose? Self satisfaction. I rarely use the Stealth Item even after I obtained it playing in "HARD" difficulty setting.
