I think all singapore debit card have nets, this is very basic

another method open you cimb sg app show paynow qr code to scan malaysia bank app's duit now qr code, now Singapore paynow and Malaysia duit now is linked

No. You can't open at any branch. You need to go it mbfc. No guarantees about able to open. All depends on mbfc staff.

Yes very. But not MYR to SGD via CIMB MY. I wouldn't keep transferring. I will only transfer back to Malaysia if needed.

for first acc open online no fall below fee

For transfering MYR to SGD no one can beat Sunway money yet. I have been using Sunway money cause they have very good rates.
Maybe can look at Max money. Never look at their rates.

Nope. SGD to MYR, the best we have is CIMB Sg or wise.
