Cheers buddy. Yeah, I injured my lower back close to 4 years ago. That's why I exclude exercises like deadlifts and back squats, my back doesn't agree with them.

Still jetlagged and only got 3 hours sleep last night. Felt pretty crap. Was also supposed to be an OHP-focused day but the rack was occupied so I did bench instead.
