Legs Front squats 5 x 3/3/3/3/2 x 110kg Smith machine calf raises 5 x 12 x 129kg Supersetted with BW calf raises 5 x 10 Squats felt very heavy, ended up failing the last rep. Pretty annoyed. May be time for a deload. |

Away for the week and I forgot to bring my resistance band so I'm a little limited so just did a circuit. Pushups, squats, crunches and calf raises. To failure, 3 rounds. |
