Cheers buddy. I'm hovering around 80kg at the moment. Consuming around 2700-2800 cals to bulk very slowly/recomp.

impressive!
Strong, big, and visible abs. You've got it going for you man!

I'm actually fed up with my progress. tried to go about 200cals above TDEE for some slow mass gain. Strength improved, size slightly, but visible muscle groups and vascularity is nearly non existent.

so i'm going on a massive cut to see what REALLY is under this shit. LOL.

anyways..keep up the good work!

All the best, man. Make sure to give yourself enough time and not cut cals too drastically. thumbup.gif

Nope, it's a brandless lever belt. Bought it new off ebay for about £30. Great bargain considering an ori Inzer would've set me back at least 50.

Much like calves, abs are very much down to genetics. I did used to train them a lot when I first started working out so they've likely grown significantly enough to be visible even at higher BF.

I do, every 3-4 weeks or so or when I begin to feel like I need to. Next sessions will be deloads since its kind of overdue.
