I wanna to correct this... BBXiong.. U can use old telephone line for this registration.. It's more easier for application on streamyx package because the telephone already installed.

need to terminated old streamyx, existing streamyx user can't apply this package...

that is why i applied new phone line + streamyx 1malaysia...

and when approved, quickly terminated old phone line + streamyx combo...

much easier than terminated old streamyx combo then waiting for nobody know for how long for new streamyx 1malaysia to approved than waiting again for modem installation... and another waiting for the netbook...

rm10 - stamp duty
rm1 - detail billing
rm25 - rental line
rm7.50 - tax and calls to here and there...

second bill is... i dont recall lah, but total amount of first and second bills is rm13+.++, i just settled it last week...
don't really know how they do the calculation lah...

1malaysia package? why got rental charge? where is d streamyx charges?

I believe because that guy apply new line with 1Malaysia package. So what happens, TM will fix the line first and then process for the 1Malaysia will take as normal more than 1 month. So this guy will be billed for the 1st month as according to normal phone charges. Once streamyx 1Malaysia is activated then only the rental charges will go away.

TM also fix line for me 1st but no bill come

streamyx installed last month now still no bill come

But some people keep getting RM26 rental bill + new Streamyx bill.
I don't know if it involves only old line or also new line.

The reason I got Pelarasan Kredit is I claimed TM to pay back my phone call charge because nobody inform me regarding RM10 call package that will be activated after first bill received. If you apply the Rm10 call seluruh malaysia package. Bear in your mind the first month bill will not yet activated your package until they send you a letter confirmed that the package is activated

me didnt receive the bills oso, complaint to tm for several times, then second bill come, first bill stil MIA, dont know where it go lah...

Added on October 7, 2010, 10:50 pmsame as my previus streamyx combo, keep getting rm25 rental, need to complaint to tm every month to get rebate/pelarasan... if ignore the rental (tak mau bayar), then they cut my phone line, phone liao streamyx pon liao, charge rm10 to reconnect, then need to pay full amount, after 2,3 or months will get the deduction... so messy...

hope this time they got rid of this messy problemo lah...

ask why no bill come, they gv stupid answer - send wrong address.. hah
