proton use xW40 better la....

xW30 is better response but less engine protection. internal engine worn out faster compare to xW40. depending on ur driving behavior

so depends wat u wan, better response less protection plz use xW30

better protection less response xW40

very good protection but no power xW50, xW60

hi people, I'm going got my Toyota Vios 50k service next week and plan to change from semi to fully synthetic oil. Any idea how much will the service cost? The fully synthetic oil alone costs around RM198 doh.gif

Another question, is not too late to change from SM to FS right? I read some where saying that there will be leak or something in older car...... Mine is 2009 anyway. Thanks smile.gif

It is never too late to change to a better oil unless u abused your engine before and caused the engine to worn out and started consuming engine oil. Do note to check if your exhaust emits any blueish smoke when running otherwise should still be in fine running condition. My ride is already 15 years old recon car and have been using fully syn. oil since I bought it 5 years ago. Not a drop of leak in between oil change.
