Not sure if you guys have encountered this problem before. On my Persona M Line Auto (bought August 2009), there's 3 buttons on the fight side of my steering wheel. It's used for "skip next track", "mode" and "previous track". Recently I found out that the "previous track" button has the same function as "mode" button.

Anyone know if there's a quick fix to solve this or do I need to go to service centre again?

back to the sc of course. opening it by yourself is a bit risky because the steering holds the airbag

QUOTE(jasontantenghuat @ Jun 22 2010, 06:26 PM)
I think there's a way to do emergency braking without ABS. Something like what the other Jason did, pump the brake. But that takes practice. Those young drivers who start with cars with ABS sure die when drive cars without ABS.

easily said than done. It took me a few years experience of driving to self-learn to let go of the brake whenever i can feel my tyres are already locked sweat.gif By right, whenever u panic, sure will press the brake pedal like no tomorrow which leads to tyres locked and... kaboom. So when realized the tyres locked, immediately release the pedal for a few mm then press again. Well, can say it is almost like pumping. But i think a proper term of this kind of braking is Threshold Braking nod.gif

Depending on how serious the accident was, eventhough hit and run.... one can actually report to police with the alleged hit and run third party registration number. Police or insurance company will therefore look up their registration number and claim against their insurance company. Some ppl do that.

But since urs is minor... its not worth the hassle. U from KL? KL drivers really really  shakehead.gif  especially motorcyclist. Should hv their license revoked.

Hi guys,

Does anyone here have any experience with K-II rims and Falken Tyres? Are these good in terms of quality?

if the paint base have not really been scratched off revealing metal surface below.... you could just try a little hard work scrubbing using WAX. It is WAX NOT POLISH ok? Dun polish ur new car paint job as it will spoil it. I experienced a rempit crashing into my rear bumper side ways with my ex car and i was lucky enough that through hard work of scrubbing... it actually works to remove the scratches.

Used Falken Ziex (forgot which model number) and pretty happy with it. The side walls aren't too stiff. Grips pretty well also. And quiet. It was 205 45 R16 Falken rubbers brows.gif

To those talking about emergency braking: I usually drop a gear down (auto) and brake lightly when there's mass braking during jams, especially LDP and Federal Highway. The engine braking aids a bit. Since I started using the technique I never lock wheels already.

-Yes. Drop gears is the way to go during emergency braking OR while slowing down at high speeds. Just beware of the speeds u are on and drop gear accordingly without over-revving the engine till over the red line. It ain't good for both engine and gearbox.

Normally would be parked at the stock yard which is allocated somewhere in the city. You can request to see the car when ur doing the booking. I am sure some of the SA would bring u to see. Some wouldn't though.

Before i sign loan agreement the car is already waiting for me at the stock yard. Once my loan approved, they needed to send it for thorough wash, waxing and final inspection, puspakom inspection (ya i dunno why new car also need) and then JPJ registration before handing to me.
