I face this problem before also. Suspecting is fuel pump issue. Just don't use up the petrol until dry to protect it. If it happens, press the pedal for 5 seconds, and then try ignite again...

Btw, any Persona owner here has Air Cond Vent Rattling Sound problem? If yes, how to solve it? Very annoying

just done my 1k service.
use shell semi oil
free alignment
fix all the defect sound and now smooth all the way.
total charges is RM 127.00

which SC you go?

i replied back.. ' ohoo ye ker? saya ingatkan abnormal.. '
then i never bother. just drive and truthly ignoring the 'sound'..

ahahhaha... i bought saga LMST for my father from them la...... luckily no problem with the car...

my persona i change to Proton Edar at Balakong...
till now no updates from the SA.. Over one month still waiting for my car...
hmmm.. dont know what to do... my fren ask me to transfer to another Proton Edar... but, i not feel good because the SA will lose the commission...

now, still waiting and waiting...

bukit sedang "wakil service"... no choice, the SA said i must go there for my first three service... i'm not comfortable at first, but when i go there and met up with the team of ppl who service my car, they are very friendly and share info on what to change and what not to change, and which part you change will not void warranty. 99% of the mechanic is Chinese and 80% of them is more than 40 years old. not much newbie mechanic... the best part was the engine oil that they use "shell helix HX 7" 10W-40 Synthetic technology motor oil...

1. check you tire pressure. I checked mine when i got the car, all of the tire pressure is more than 40.
2. don't run more than 1k for your first free service, coz you won't get free alignment (i got reminder from my SA. when i look through the service booklet, they did mention this) so, pls go service your car below 1k.

did anyone replace their normal persona side mirror to elegance version yet? i need to know how it looks like for the persona with elegance side mirror. the round signal indicator on the side panel really holding me back to replace the elegance side mirror, coz not sure will it looks like ah beng or not, hmmm...

Well, I think after a while the rattling sound will come back (when the spring loosen)
Changed my middle one @ COSE Kesas, and now the sound come back.
How does they change your's? Dig it out or open dashboard to change it? Which SC you went huh?

did their done this to ur proton? lol. me dont know how their change bcz customer not allowed to see around at their service station, just wait at waiting room and see my car from far, and their change new vent and show me the old vent longar thats y lar and advice dont put ambi pur hang to air cond cz its heavy and damage it.
