can anyone give comments regarding the fuel consumption for elegance? appreciate it

Try heated ur engine like run in full speed in highway,
last time it took almost 5minute to shutdown the compressor when i just came back from kampung..

Lets put it this way. If you are a person who goes to work 9 to 5 & back like me, it should not be a problem. Other wise, you should have opted for something smaller, say a Myvi or Viva which in my opinion are girlie cars. Persona's more of a guys' car. Top speed - 180Kmph one way to heaven for a 50K+ car. Where else can you find a bargain like this. Remember it is a solidly built 1.6 litre car. Not a tin can 1.5 litre Iswara. Don't waste precious time cracking your head doing all those penny saving fuel consumption calculus.

your problem:
one more thing, the sound of 'geez.. geez.. ' on aircond behind dashboard is normal like SC said to me. its the valve release aircon stuff

- me too, but sometime got sometime no. just adjus it then the sound will gone.

power window on driver side got a sound 'grut grut grut' when i wind up and down

small sound behind meter panel if u hear it silently 'trrrrrrrr' very slow sound and accelerate to overtake fully pedal 60-120kmh and then constant, after that i will smell something burning.
smell like oil engine burning. dunno how to describe.

- never happen, but got sound from front  “gi gi gi” when your car speed at 120km/h around 5 min – 10 min then slow down the car speed to 80 km/h – 90km/h (without brake)

cannot start suddenly like ur battery kong, then i call i-care their come fix my prob..

I face this problem before also. Suspecting is fuel pump issue. Just don't use up the petrol until dry to protect it. If it happens, press the pedal for 5 seconds, and then try ignite again...

    Btw, any Persona owner here has Air Cond Vent Rattling Sound problem? If yes, how to solve it? Very annoying   

Waja Mitsu version dun have the sound because different design..
Then how you reply? Your's also got? Never bother it? 

after reading about elegance post here seem this car like under market test for new ecu...
i already put in my head to let go my 2002 waja and buy this persona elegance H line...
but now need to rethink again my decission....

did u guys think now its not a good time to buy elegance due ecu and brake problem?

Brake problem will only occur on m-line and h-line.
Because it is ABS control problem on new ECU.

If you having b-line, then you are safe.
