It simply means that if you say "goodbye" to your contract earlier , in other words if you would like to cancel your streamyx earlier then what you've agreed upon (i.e 2 years contract) , then TM would charge you RM 600.00 and you'll have to return their crappy modem back to them. This also includes for those who are shifting their streamyx from one place to another (i.e shifting out)

Shifting costs RM600 ? I know it's written in the T&A but I heard from my friend who has asked TM Point and he said that it costs only RM30 or RM50 for relocation...

It is utterly stupid to apply that penalty for this package... This is made for students and students might stay in hostel... they probably wouldn't stay for that long(2 years) and what should they do when they want to to relocate their Streamyx after completion of their course ?

I think TS needs to add the differences between 210 and 110 to FAQ... Else people would start their spamming spree again

I'm pretty sure that phone rental is waived... Got the info from 100 and TM Point.

HP must be nuts... They replied my warranty issue complaint with a Care Pack registration certificate that shows the expiry date as 2 years instead of updating their warranty checker... Now I check at their website, still 14 months....

Exactly, got me pretty confused.
Eunice already posted one, and mine looks exactly like it.

Did you scan the hardware with CPU-Z and see if it's really the 110 specs ?

For those having warranty issue... Contact carepack-admin-msia@hp.com

I got that e-mail from an Indian operator and my warranty is fixed. I just sent my particulars including product and serial numbers and attached a screenshot of warranty look up result.

xixo..thanks. finally i saw the 110.

i feel 110 is better..the screen is same, keyboard same, better processor..touchpad is ok for everyone. Zoom in out function on 210 touchpad also seldom use...

Rather a better processor..

*envy*
210 has a faster HDD which speeds up booting and loading stuff and it reads Memory Sticks/Pro... it seems better for me thumbup.gif
