i also only play fb games. sometimes the loading is damn fast, sometimes it is slow..
for me, i'll just disconnect and reconnect again. most of the time, i'll get better results this way.

i'm from kulim, kedah.
if disconnect/reconnect cant works, try to move yr modem around (i plug the modem to the usb cabel).

if u plan to download a lot of stuff, wireless bb is not a good plan for you as there is the download quota.
6GB plan will need rm98 while 12GB is rm178.

heavy download, pls get wired bb which doesn't have any download/upload quota.
only get wireless bb if you are out of option for wired services or you travel around a lot.

any idea what is maxis doing now as so many ppl facing slowness?

why don't you call the maxis helpline and ask them about this?

i didn't face this.. just that sometimes after clicking on the game, it's keep on waiting during the loading part.

i'm using rm48 for 1.5GB, which i think is the cheapest package out there.

but I'm not youth..

from yr attachment, you are surfing using edge, which is very slow compare to wcdma or hsdpa.

agree with you on this.. not just maxis, streamyx/celcom/etc also same shit..
i just wish them to provide me a stable connection, i don't expect them to give me 10mb/etc line.
1mb stable line is more than enough for me.

throttle speed?

when is yr billing period? the quota will only reset after the billing period.

just wait another day. if tmr u still got throttle, call the SC and complain.

uncapped? check maxis site, both advanced lite and advanced lite youth package comes with 2GB quota..

stay before in meridien kl at 21st floor, still able to get hsdpa 3-4 bar and the speed is quite ok.
