celcom skmm pack mainly can achieve 1.5~1.7Mbps DL and 1.2Mbps UL from real download speed and speedtest will show lower,... am sure maxis skmm pack can ahieve higher speed than celcom skmm

In regards to your SIM pack,(the SKMM STARTER KIT AND STARTER PACK); it is offered to selected customers by SKMM and the RRP is RM25 for 700MB, for 30 days. Once you have exceeded the given quota of 700MB,you will be automatically routed to the Hotlink landing page where you will need to top-up or purchase a new pass in order to continue surfing. The Top-Up passes available to your plan include:
* 1 Day Pass - RM2 (100MB)
* 5 Days Pass - RM10 (500MB)
* 30 Days Pass - RM25 (700MB)
Do note that the above passes is only available for SKMM packages, and it is not available via *100#.

Anyway, still can try the luck. There is no info about this maxis skmm on google. We dont know the actual result, that is why we cant confirm the truthness of maxis's statement.
