Hehe guys, I just switched to Maxis bb. Do I need to set any password for it to prevent other people from using my bb?

What do you guys usually do with your 3GB of quota? I found out that 3GB is really not enough for me. hmm.gif

No man, RM98 for 6GB? I'd rather subscribe to P1 although the speed is slower than Maxis but they offer much GB for bb users. sweat.gif
Singapore BB is far much better than Malaysia BB, the prices are almost the same but the quota they offer is unlimited if my memory doesn't fail me. tongue.gif

Maxis broadband sucks! I have been using it for 1 weeks, at first it was smooth and speedy. After 7 days of the trial period, the problem started to occur.

I can get connected to Maxis bb but I cannot browse any website. WTH is this? I contacted them and they said they would take 3 - 7 working days to solve my issue! WTH man! 3 - 7 working days?

I'll file a complaint to MCMC if they cannot solve my issue or should I complain them now? vmad.gif

As a big company like Maxis, I m so surprise that their works are so "efficiency". And they also cheated me on the 3 days usage which was not written in the signing up form as they will deduct any money for the trial period which I never benefit for as there is no coverage at my place.

I will never trust Maxis anymore!!!! sweat.gif

You can file a complaint to MCMC or CFM regarding this issue. Or else you have to wait and wait and WAIT!!!!!!!!

Guys, I subscribed the 3GB maxis broadband package and the normal monthly bill should be RM58 after RM10 rebate for 5 months. I just viewed the invoice via maxis lauchpad and the total amount that I need to pay is RM54.15 instead of RM58. Why??????

You are wrong because YES 4g allows their postpaid broadband users to carry forward the used data to the next month.

I don't know what is your problem actually. Perhaps you can visit their nearest service centre or call them directly. That would be the solution.
