Sharing my jerseyman review taken from the my-fjc forum. Enjoy:

Jerseyman's Review: 2009-2010 Malaysia Home & Away Triple X Jersey

Negaraku.... tanah tumpahnya darahku.......... yahoo...

Nothing makes me feel proud compared to the moment I got this jersey.... seriously.

OK, this jersey review is a bit too pending and outdated........... But before you guys shoot me, there is a reason why.

I wanted so badly to buy the Malaysian jerseys. Trust me.. so badly. Ask aw13.. I was so disappointed when it first came out and I tried tested wearing the 2XL size kit. It doesn't fit me nicely.. a bit tight especially at the armpits. Reason why is the sleeves are a bit smaller than the normal european club/national replica jersey. Not to mention the one size lower standard that applies on most brands including nike.

So.. one day, I manage to obtain the most wanted kit that I ever wanted as a Malaysian............... the TRIPLE X kit. XXX kit. You name it.

I can't afford to buy the PI one, it will be an even worse nightmare for me.. thank god this one fits me well...

I'm not going to elaborate too detailed on the details of the 2009-2010 Home & Away Replica Kit. I'll just share some photos of the Malaysia Home & Away Triple X Shirt that I got:

Thanks to my friend, I manage to obtain these 2 rare kits. I was told that they were the last piece in stock left (so sorry guys.. wish I could help). Anyway, here are some close up photos on the two triple X jerseys:

As what was mentioned earlier... for asian sizing, the sizing is one size lower than the equivalent size on european replica kits. To prove this, I checked the washing tags and noticed that the Korean (K) sizing measurement is 115 cm (which is the same measurement on any nike european replica kit that has asian market washing tags):

Compare the washing tags shown above with my 2006-2007 Man United Home Kit (2XL) that has the asian market washing tags:

But I'm still baffled when checking the China © sizing because the Malaysia Triple X kits has 190/104A while my Man United 06/07 home 2XL has 185/100A. If judged based on Chinese sizing, the 3XL should be bigger.. but it's not. Will review on that later.

To be continued..

Continued..

Some photos on comparisons between the barcode sticker on the price tag with the small white square tag beneath the washing tags:

I think most of us know already, the replica version has the keris dagger PU logo printed on the outside of the jersey (on the bottom part) while the PI version has the keris dagger logo printed inside:

user posted image

Now here's the interesting part.. How big is actually the triple X kit. I did a comparison between this jersey and my 2007-2009 Man United 2XL home jersey. I used that jersey because the construction of the jersey are both almost similar (the collars, the sleeves). I used only the home jersey because the away jersey is almost similar in terms of sizing and cutting with the home.

As you can see below, the Malaysia home triple X jersey is slightly smaller than the Man United 07/09 home 2XL in terms of width. But in terms of height (length from top to bottom), the Malaysia home triple X is longer:

user posted image

As you can see below, there is almost a 1 inch plus gap difference between the Malaysia Home Triple X with the Man United 07-09 2XL Home:

user posted image

Finally if checked based on the sleeves.. the armpits on the Malaysia Home Triple X sleeves seems a bit smaller compared to the Man United 07/09 home:

user posted image

Which clearly shows why the armpits are not comfy for jerseyman for the 2XL size one.

How did it feel wearing this jersey for jerseyman?

It was comfy, but not 100% comfy like wearing the normal replica sized european kits. This is still because of the armpits. If I lift my hands up (wave my hands in the air.. like I really don't care.. haha) I can feel some slightly minor strains at the armpits. But still it is far better compared to the 2XL. Finally I can stop moaning on not having the privilege to own my country's national team replica jersey.

The triple X jersey is bigger than the normal european replica kit sized XL but smaller than the size XXL. So I would say the size is in between XL and XXL...

And if you ask, no.. I'm not planning to apply any namesets on these jerseys. Because I want to wear them and if I do apply them, the namesets will be PU and might not last longer... besides, these jerseys are too rare to find.. haih!

To be continued..

bro faiz, any pictures of you modelling this kit?
I think it will be quite useful as a rough guide on sizing...

I think you posted the same question earlier before and the latest post you shared here has dead link. So I'll refer to the previous post.

To me, both are different. You can see that from the first shirt, it has style code & colour code: 365538-010

Second shirt has style code & colour code: 432629-010

010 = colour code for black

The difference is more to the features of the jersey.

The second jersey has a different back layer material compared to the first.

First jersey is made from 100% recycled polyester from plastic bottles. Second is not (I guess).

The second jersey has perforated side panels.

To summarize things, just look at the comparisons below (left is first shirt, right is second shirt):

user posted image

Both are player issue jersey (based on the specs details as well)..

Nike. But not always all the time. Depends on which season. Example, 07-09 home PI has same cutting like 07-09 replica. 06-07 PSG away PI has smaller cutting compared 06-07 PSG away replica. So, it's a bit hard to tell.

Adidas too has smaller cutting for PI jerseys, but that only applies to the techfit jerseys that are newly introduced.

So far none.. malu la.. Hehe.. But what I can say.. the sizing for this jersey is a bit odd. Malaysia 3XL is bigger than replica XL but smaller than replica XXL. I can't say it's one size lower.

From the chest measurement, it feels ok.. a bit like XL but slightly bigger. I can wear XL but I prefer XXL for more comfy.. You can check my review as the culprit to the issue is the armpits..

Sifu schmeichel7,
Even if I can't wear the Malaysian 3XL jersey, I still want one (in case I can wear it in the future, ehem!). Anyway, where do you get it? Singapore?

I would be upset as well, but what's even more upsetting is between the stories of their lousy name number printing application service and overall general customer service(email response time e.g.) I'm surprised so many even bother with them...this establishment if you read enough reviews is almost on par with the notorious uksoccershop.com..but good thing for me, at least, I've never had the disappointment or let down from either of them before because I never have ordered merchandise from them and never will.

Anyway, you should see what their Order Cancelation policy is..this should qualify, so see if that is a possibility because when you ordered initally there wasn't a "Pre-Order" notice on the item, or something like that right? However on the other hand on their customer policy maybe they warn that item stock fluctuation can be possible on their items and therefore you should have patience in ordering from them?

Part of getting an actual Refund when you eventually receive your item is to see if you're willing to go through all the inconvenience and hassles, of returning to Post Office, repackage the shirt, pay for packaging and shipping, wait for the item to arrive back to them, wait for the item to return to you and so forth..the philosophy perhaps is that oh well, maybe the customer expecting to to all that work/after having endured all that would think it's not worth it to bother for refund..

Will the customs open the parcel?
