i face the same problem..ordered arsenal home jersey(long sleeve) from Kitbag during pre-order period but until today they still not yet ship out my jersey..really frustrated ang worried..already sent an e-mail..Kitbag's customer service told that they didn't have the stock yet and can't confirm when they will have the stock.. unsure.gif

what makes me annoyed the most is that when i check Kitbag.com,all of arsenal home range offered in their website are already in stock..only for adult long sleeve still states that available on 29/7..hew..how come they have stock for kids long sleeve,adult short sleeve,even arsenal goalkeeper jersey but not for item which i order.. mad.gif

really need your advise and opinion..
as i post earlier,i pre-ordered arsenal long sleeve home jersey from kitbag..until now my order still not yet ship out..as I emailed them to ask for an update,one of the staff replied on 1/8/2010:

Dear Shamir Wan

Thank you for your email.

I have looked into your query and can see that we now have the stock of your Arsenal home shirt. We will need to get your shirt printed but as soon as we can complete this we will despatch your order.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

but later tonight i got another email after I ask them when is the actual date they will ship out my order:

Dear Mr Shamir Wan

We write to you with reference to your order. We are very sorry to inform you that we are experiencing delays obtaining stock from our suppliers to fulfil your order. Unfortunately we do not have an expected date when the stock is coming in.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in the fulfilment of your order and any inconvenience which this has caused you.

We are hoping to dispatch your order as soon as physically possible.

They really let me down since this is my first order..I felt like I was being lied.. sad.gif I started to consider for refund or should I wait a bit longer?If all of you guys think I should ask for refund.How should I do it?..

for my case,they changed the available date for arsenal long sleeve jersey to 18/08/2010.. sad.gif what if after 18/08,they still tell me dat they still didn,t have the stock.. cry.gif
