Anyone has experiencing defect or damage on your kit when ordering online??

Upon returning to them for refund/exchange, eg. kitbag, etc.. what sort of courier service that you use?

Prefer the ones that with tracking number (registered) with reasonable fee. DHL is quite expensive (around RM200+) and e-parcel (Pos Malaysia) is quite slow.

Umm a little stain on my kit from kitbag. But it tried washing it with water, it went away so no complains. smile.gif
About the shipping cost, might wanna bulk together with lyn members. Can share on shipping cost.
Recommend you nimrod2. He does kitbag bulks. thumbup.gif
Deal with him a few times already. Good service. thumbup.gif rclxms.gif

Thanks for replying Joonwei, but it's actually from liverpoofc.tv.

As per their email, they would refund/cover the shipping fee but if I choose DHL, it's gonna cost around RM200+. Not sure whether they going to agree with that. I've sent another email and still waiting for their reply.

The problem is on NN

Actually I don't mind buying the Number separately and fix it by myself but I don't know where to find it. It's liverpool's font, not EPL font.

hmm i've seen that NN before. i think chcher bought the home kit with that NN from liverpool store too.
currently only LFC store has it. if you wait, i believe slowly it will be available to the open market.

anyways to your question, if you wanna return the shirt, you just use pos daftar.
will take about 2weeks to reach them but safe so far.
have returned a few ebay purchases and one to kitbag.
no problems as of yet.

Yaya, there is good way where to get bulk here with other lyn member for buying jersey from overseas online store such as KITBAG, UNITED DIRECT etc....

We can share the shipment for the bulk. As Malaysian, we also entitle for VAT excluded, because we are buyer outside of UK.. wink.gif We can get tax free, think most of the bulker might don't know about this benefit..

Anyway, let BULK it and enjoy bulking since there is FREE printing for Manchester United New Season Kit... GBP38.24 (excluded VAT)... so tempted. Some more the currency exchange rate is low now... below than RM5 i believe wink.gif

encountered before faulty products (NN damage and a hole behind the shirt).. just use any courier and send it back to them (GDExpress, DHL and etc) then remember to scan a copy of the receipt of your postage and send them an email and attach it.. no question ask and they will refund you your shipping.. if they can't replace the damage items, they will also refund you...all refunds will be through your credit card..
