you can try seeing them in person becasue such LCDs lack reviews and they use the same panel type.BTW,for RM50 more you can get a 21.5" Viewsonic at Viewnet.

btw, just bought 599 acer 23" led lcd to replaced my faulty chimei 22". but still will try to repair it during raya ^^

noob acer led lcd, no need to comment much ^^ as long as got display one thing is good about acer is cheap n big (give vga cable, dvi-dvi cable & dvi-hdmi cable )

U2311H is full HD 1080p lol
just use DVI-HDMI cable..dell got sell as well..i bought one last month

IPS is a type of TFT-LCD,it's no plasma
you can get it for RM669 last week,if you're in no rush you might as well wait for some discount coupons

From my observation,there is backlight bleeding but on mine imo it's minimal,later tonight i'll post some pictures.But,are you sure the ST2321L doesn't have backlight bleeding?Normal LED backlights doesn't really solve backlight bleeding.
