I have reason because company will let me to claim for RM0.50/km. So I must budget well since this is my first car and new job. Sorry la if annoying you. But based on shlimm's fuel charge previously he mentioned, it's about RM0.20-RM0.30/km, just nice for me. Thanks man.

RM0.50/km using ron95 @ rm1.80, would give 27.7 l/100km or 3.6 km/l !!!

don't think any modern cars will have such bad fuel consumption. Typical values would be around 10km/l for city driving. If you drive on highway a lot the figures will be even better.

Remember this, company claims is not intended for you to make money. It is priced so as to help you with petrol as well as service & maintenaince of you car since you are using your car for company business.

FC on the M2 is consider good, as bebeq mentioned it's a lightweight car therefore you can manage better FC on it.
For company claim of 50cent/km, that will include your maintenance as well e.g. servicing and tyres over the period when you use your car for business.

The rate is still acceptable so no worries, unless fuel price increase to RM2.80/litre.

Mine is free labour for 1st 3 service, I paid for parts for my 1k service as below:
Cartridge oil filter RM20
Helix Ultra 5w40 RM209

If you have your Mazda card show to them and get 10% off.

i had done 10k service in pj, i bought my own shell helix fully synthetic =RM139
they only charge me RM20 for oil filter n free car wash

after 10k service my FC improved alot, 460 km full tank and still got 2 more bars
i drove my way from KL to KT
