Nice to see such FS dedication. Very nice containers and can see much thought put into them.

For the leaves (FS home) , I used 2 money plant leaves and bind the stems of the leaves with a facial cotton wool and rubberband, I spray water on the cotton wool and wrap the wet cotton wool with aluminium foil. This would last me easily 1-2 weeks without any maintenance. For FS longevity, I believe Bro Ura's "mini fan method" ....placing the FS containers with an electric fan nearby makes a lot of differences.

Best of luck in your hunt and fight. In the 6 months of active FS hunting, fighting and uploading videos, I have fulfilled all of my childhood FS fantasies.

Even though I am taking a break from FS hunting and fighting, I would periodically update myself in this wonderful forum.

Hi Everyone..

Yeah Bro Randy you are Right, Bro Edmund is indeed a Dedicated FS Enthusiast like us..

Today met up with Bro Edmund in the morning 9am to buy the Pinhead Crickets in the Far East. After buying we proceeded to the Far West for some Recce-ing but didnt really stop and check everywhere. Mostly just driving around.

Then i brought Bro Edmund to the Hottest Spot nowadays. This Spot is getting better and better these days. Is a Perfect Spot for any Newcomer i would say. We caught quite a No. of Males there though we didnt find any ML-size and above, we were already extremely happy with just the Quantity caught, in addition there are some Good Fighters too..

I'm glad my son love to see & feel the FS.

On the catching part,feel a bit paiseh in the field/always feel what other might wonder why this old man is
pushing all the plants & bushes around.
I sugguest to Ura that we wear some 'National Geographic shirts or uniform' so it make all look
really natural while we are in the field catching FS....haha

Still hoping to land on a big FS in the near future/briing back those old primary school memories...........

Hello to all FS Bros..

Yes the HongKong Spiders has reached my place this morning at 11+am..!
Even this time is only Females, but just by seeing the Size already made me go Steamed...!! Currently i am holding on to 5 Females.. Bro Mindstorm please enlighten me how did you rear the FS Slings last time i might need to rear some myself and released some to the Wild and try let them breed in SG, hope they will multiply here..

This made me even more Looking Forward to see their Males at later part of the Year.. Bro Xarms helped me alot this time, he is a very Steady FS Enthusiast.. So that Bros in SG will get to see what is the Real Thiania Subopressa looks like.. Maybe based on the Photos you guys cant really tell its Actual Size yet, but Rest Assured all FS Bros that i Swear to you this kind of Size will really make our FS look like Babies..

Ha Ha...don have to feel paiseh.

In the last 6 months, I used to have about at least one lunch time hunt per week in my smartest office wear. I simply remove my tie and hunt and I have a small hard brush to brush off the dirt/grass that may have remained on my "batu" shoe.

Passer-by have often stopped and asked. My reply would normally be that I am catching FS to educate my 9 year old son. On one occasion, I was inside a drain and the police car stopped to take down my particulars too. No problem as I am afterall the exspiderking

Wow, inside drain,that's really serious catching............

This morning alamak let 2 spider fight before feeding/unfortunately never take any video.

1 of the spider 'Skiney' fought with another called 'Blackie'(All SL size)
Skiney is a very good fighter while Blackie is a 'SubPow'
Skiney chop with Blackie at least 7x and finally Skiney bite 1 of Blackie claw refusing to let go.
Blackie at this time seem to be seriously injured & can see liquid flowing out........
When Skiney let go of Blackie claw , Blackie is almost motionless......
And just when you thought Skiney is moving away,he did a small turn/came back and
bite Blackie abdomen carrying it away.

Wow.. catch FS till police come to "catch" u pulak..
Our exspiderking really go extra miles to find the best FS in SG.

Words just simply not enough to thank Bro Randy for all his effort and contribution to bring out the best of FS for all of us.
Like Mindstorm said before, eventho taking break from playing FS after sometime, our heart for FS will forever carry on and it will comes back again when the time is right.

Bro Ura imported new thiania species from HK! How much is the cost?
One of the Female really really look HUGE size. Big head and long abdomen, looks like its size might be more than 10mm!
Looks strong and fierce also.. maybe can give good challenge to our normal FS.

Yo Bro Trevally, First of all i have to Congratulate you again as being Promoted to a Father recently..
Even though we cant get to meet often nowadays but really Thanks for still spending time to view the photos and videos in this forum, this forum will become less meaningful without you Guys' Constant Support..

Regarding the Red Female you caught, i have also caught one back in Dec2010.. Well when i recall it, i think their colors do have some similarities, especially at the abdomen part the running of lines are much alike and their base color is Reddish. This time i was supposed to receive 15 Females from Bro Xarms, but unfortunately only 5 survived during the 3 days of transportation, in the corpses i saw some having the type of abdomen which looks more like our T.Bha's one, is Bluish color. But again unfortunately of all the 5 surviving ones i have now are with Orange color abdomen. With the Largest one being Black color at the upper part of body and the rest Red color. The Largest one now which i named it as Black Cat is still not yet the Biggest he sent, which is already GIGANTIC .. the Very First Moment i seen it with my own eyes i think to myself saying our SG/MSIA FS Size is really NOTHING when compared with theirs, and feel that the Thiania World is really SO BIG now .. So i really doubt those Red Females we caught at PA are same species with them though they might look much alike.

Bro Viper, you have to thank God when the HK Female meets our T.Bha FS and dont eat him/her up.. I heard from Bro Xarms, the FS Culture in HK is that they either feed the T.Sub with Crickets or with our T.Bha FS..

Wow.. definitely KINGKONG size category
From pictures itself, i feel its way bigger than Titan, or any L or XL FS caught bfr in SG and Malaysia.
Just from the pic its head, arms and abdomen size.. its just way TOO BIG!

Any 1 with Large size male FS want to try fight ?

Nice fs case. So many colours.
The case colour can use to differentiate fs category lvl.. like 1st, king, 2nd king, sparring, Large , Medium, Small , etcs..
Previously i use toothpick colour case to keep my good figthers.
1st king - Red
2nd king, Blue
3rd king Green
4th king Yellow.
Spar FS - No colour case..

Hope u'll get alot FS during hunt later with other SG FS bros.

Today brought Bro Edmund to our Used-to-be-Fave Spot P# for the first time.
The First Impression He had of the place was: "Wah the Leaves so Big Ah".. LOL..
It was quite a Good Day as Bro Edmund managed to catch a ML-size Male on his Very First Trip there..

Nice new pics and videos.

The HK T-Sup really huge.
From the videos, Black Cat doesnt show any much aggressive lvl when being approach by normal FS and also Genki.
From the videos also can see normal male FS dare to approach Black cat eventho their size is much smaller.
Very much to my expectation and observation from most of the normal HK t-Sup fight videos. ...
Black Cat reaction quite same like my previous Giant BU, try to avoid any fight confrontation or just ignore the other FS.
Looks like HK t-sup only interested to fight with its own species and not other FS species.

1st time see Genki's arm bend in more on defensive mode when facing Black Cat.
Normally Genki will show off its long wide arm if against others. Most likely Genki knows its too risky to challenge Big Cat due to its huge size and retreat under the leaves..
