Hi Guys,

Its been a while since I last posted. Glad to see The forum is so much alive after so many years, kudus to all bros which made this happen. There are times when we do not agree with each other but thats part of life. Positives comments are truly indeed the nature of this site but we do have destructive talks from time to time. Well, that only prove one thing, we get stronger outside and inside of this forum regardsless of what each other said because a family will still be a family irregards of occasional uneasy comments. Time to move on to another chapter of this ever growing forum.

As many of you have already know, we just came back from HK spider hunting trip. It was 2 very tiring day as we walked literally 5-10km daily and those muscle aching are being justified by the amount of fs we caught (I believe in the region of 400-600, including those which was released). The trip further strengthened our ties not only sg and malaysia bros but also our counterpart in Hk, bro Xarms which provided excellent hospitality. Best to share our experience for this trip are through photos I believe..

It was a short trip altogether but being fully utilised. I would like to thank all the bros and bro xarms for making this trip awesome . Anyone need big fs, feel free to contact the people in pics, wanted man for now, haha


p/s : We are all humans and making the same mistake again and again only shows how vulnerable we are as an invididual. together we stay strong. sry bros, cant post so many pics, forum dont allow. i think some other bros will post too.

Looks like T-Genji type with shorter arms.
Have the same stripes pattern on its arm.

little bit different. t-Genji arm had 2 stripes? that Jumping Spider of Borneo had 1 stripe only on arm? got any photo of rindaman?

Hello Mojo, yes yes I still hunt FS very often when I have the time. It's a hobby you cannot quit, even if you try.
Met up with some kakis near my place with some great FS from Ricky, Rudy, Jong and Krauser, video support none other than Ura. Glad to have other fs seow people still in SG.
I think we are meeting today to see their HK fs, cant wait.

Hi All

Met up today to see some of the new HK Fs with the kakis. We only had one HK T.Bha today which was in the possession of Ura named Sakura 2. Large size i must say! Same size as Gorgon but thicker arms. Unfortunately it was ousted by Rudy's Bo Ji.
Some characteristics of the HK strain are its thickness. We are still awaiting some of the sub-adults in the possession of bros Ricky & Rudy.
This is only the beginning. I can forsee some very interesting matchups coming this way. The SG T.Bha are proving to be strong and both Ricky & Rudy fielded a strong showing. Managed to take some photos of the HK Sakura II and Gorgon before releasing him to the wild - since he is large but not a willed fighter.

After passed my FS to Ricky last week, actually wanted take break for the coming CNY and concerntrate on my own investment stuff...
but decided to go for the last hunt nearby my housing area around Taman Keramat AU1 area beside a big drain/longkang leaves.
According to the old folks FS kakis last time, the biggest and strongest FS king are caught beside drain/longkang leaves area, so I decided to check it out.

Here are some of the hunting place pics.

Start hunt at nearby small drain 1st..





Check out those big flies.. Yes, theres FS at the lily plants.. but normal size.
Eat those big flies but still small size ?



Ok.. next move towards the big drain place.





Cross over the big drain using this bridge.



Reach another big land area... have ppl rear Red Talapia fish.

Caught my biggest FS here.. Head size big like those flies abit. and arm quite long.



Abt 7mm+


Proceed to hunt around that area.





Caught some normal size FS and a good size Sub Adult FS.. about 6.5+mm close to 7mm.



After filtered, only keep the best 2 fighter + 1 partial chopster + 1 SA

This afternoon, Ken, Kim, Simon & Jason came by and we go hunt 4 FS.
Looking for more good size FS like ZET & ZET2 for more exciting fights.
Eventhough weather raining and wet, it didn't stop us from FS hunting

My 1st King won other normal size FS with short fight, partial chopster won against other chopster in brutal fight, whereas 2nd King defeated most of the normal size FS but kena bite few times by chopster during filtering session..
Need longer rest before next fight.

Some FS eating cricket so didn't fight..the other big & good size FS keep for further fight at SG.
Pass all my FS caught to Ken, hope can have good fight later but need more good sparring especially the 1st king.

wow. nice place to hunt FS. last time i pass the maharelaja monorail lrt station. i saw many lily plant near there and behind got a school right? is that u caught ur ZET there?

School is further in, with lily plants also.

ZET place is just beside the main road left junction, u can see the pics posted in this forum before.

Armstrong is BIG. Possibly attack the T.Bha for food. Luckily, the latter managed to run away.
