can advise me on suitable enclosure for Malayan Box. i post the pic of mine before in this thread. currently i kept it with my RES, n the Malayan Box spend most of the time on their basking platform. my dad say the turtle look like suffering unlike the RES who swim around n very active.
so far it eating well, both palette n vege/fruits.
can u plz advise me what to do?

Can only say this sp spend majority of time in water when young ie 1-2 yrs of age

When it gets older spend the bulk of it's time on land hiding !!

As don't even know size of your turtle so don't know what to advise more of !!

Can anyone tell me what's the filter requirement for 2 small turtles. I have a power filter but the water becomes dirty after 1 or 2 days. Do i need to wait for 2 weeks for the decomposing bacteria to grow or the filter is not working?

You right Sam..although i'm not as long as you,but i used to be in the era where there are bunch of TTT in the market...there used to sold indian star for only rm38 a pc at jalan pasar in 2007..huhuhu..really missed that moment.
