Can anyone tell me what's the filter requirement for 2 small turtles. I have a power filter but the water becomes dirty after 1 or 2 days. Do i need to wait for 2 weeks for the decomposing bacteria to grow or the filter is not working?

Two of my RES turtles suddenly loss appetite in eating, does anyone knows what's the problem? Can sending to VET cure the problem?

One of my RES is not eating, he just stay basking on land, not active. The other one eats healthily. I feed them pellets and other foods. They are few months old. Does anyone have any suggestion?
