Oh thx Lee_what... I figured it out already.. I wasn't able to search the driver in the US website somehow so I searched it in the UK one instead and finally got it...

OMG.. I can't install the new drivers.. I uninstalled it just now and removed everything with driver sweeper then now I can't install the new one at all >< Can someone help me plss

I opened the installer and after extracting, it hanged in the nvidia windows for a while and said can't find any relevant hardware for this or smth.. Does it smth to do with the region? Cause I set it to PRC to view chinese words...

Hmm.. I am able to install the new driver now... I think somehow it's because of the regional problem.. I was using PRC previously then I changed to UK... Then it's installing it now...

Well.. It installed and after I restarted, it works fine... Weird, why would the regional affect the installation anyways, is it becoz of the diff language or smth... And I just updated the WEI, the gaming graphics turned from 6.4 to 6.5..

Try updating to the newest driver released 19/07/10? The newest driver fixed some bugs from Nvidia Optimus..

Try tweaking the equalizers to best suit ur headphones?

Well.. You can't expect much from laptop soundcards rite, if u're an audiophile, definitely wanna get an external soundcard then...

would that be considered dead pixels then? Maybe u can lol

Guys.. I have a problem here.. My A42jv has hanged quite a few times.. around 3 times and I had to off power n on to let it run again... It's like 2 times in 3 days already.. Anyone know what is the prob? Definitely not display driver prob cause I just updated it...

No ><.. I was just doing normal web browsing and msn when it hangs... Then I can do nth with it anymore except power off...

I am 100% sure that's not the problem because I had this problem 2 times before even updating...

Yea.. But it doesn't happen with any specific actions that I do... Happens randomly.. Even if it's hardware prob, i wouldn't know how to claim the warranty either ><

A42Jv can last 3 hours on battery saving mode if u just do web browsing.. Wow, 1 n half hour only on movie??? Was the HD Movie or smth? I can still do more than 2 hours on youtube...

@xXwasabiXx , unless you wanna play ur game on an external LCD, no point setting a game to Full HD resolutions anyways..

Supposedly it's 1 of the many goodies given when u buy it... But it doesn't really fit the keyboard properly anyways...
