there is also the reflection that is caused by the screen itself, reflect backwards, and this causes the loss of the brightness, reflection is both ways causing trouble, that's why u can see significant improvement with super AMOLED

yeah, ppl using the N85 should be able to understand the pain of AMOLED...however, indoor, the color is very very nice...(not necessarily accurate), if u want this phone then maybe just stay away from the sun and join the vampire clan |

what i try to say is, as long as u stay away from direct sun light, the AMOLED is basically one of the best display on mobile now...anything better you'll have to get Super AMOLED edi
