look carefully, the Tanming indah 2 guard house in built on main road's sidewalk pavement, MPKJ will tear it down if any complaint by the neighbor taman

Not only TNB power station in bmc but water reservoir for selangor water plant 2 also will build in bmc .
But dont worry the tnb plant location is at boundary between Hulu langat jungle and bmc . The tnb site is at right side of cheras Vista 3 atleast 800meter away . The site is started works

my friend live in kota damansara and work in damansara perdana.

she travel almost 50 minutes each journey work and back to home for a distance like 4km

haha. so is not about distance..it's depend on how jam on the road..

how about those like SL4, palm walk...initially is not gated guarded, but the community there apply through authority then only set up the gated and guard house...possible in future the MPKJ will tear down the guard house too?

SL4 and palm walk should be quite ok...

Personally think palm walk is good, gated guarded eith acces card, huge compound area of garden and playground, eventhough mote than 500 houses but still look spaicous due to land area is big

u mean the townhouse good view? very small, only 15x55, 3 bedrooms...and 400k above..rather top up to 600k to buy a real landed at palmwalk or SL4, 20x70 some even 25x75

yeah..that is small double storey. but i saw there were some duplex townhouse nearby there. as i knew, they'll sell with grd and upper floor.

ya, pure residential area wiht lot of high end landed surrounding....remember few years back palm walk is only guarded but no gated,recently the community is very strong until can set up the area with galvanic gate surrounding the whole palm walk with only 2 exit which guarded by boomgate with access card only...

is it? how much for upper and ground floor together selling price? is it in goodview also?

oh! that area very deep already. Just think don't know affect Lion Group project or not.
