yup, both BMC & sg long exit also jam.... morning 6.30 sg long Q start from Maybank traffic light, take 10-15 minutes to reach Grand saga HW, BMC side take 20 minutes from jusco traffic light to grand saga.

ya, I think jam before 7am is the worst, normally I went out around 8am via sg long exit from deep inside of mahkota cheras, only took 15min-20min. thats why I think the jam before 7am is because a lot parent fetch their kids to school.

Not sure the time between 7am - 8am..let other to share.
After 8am, very sure, but my info is until the exit of cheras-kajang highway, because I went to cyberjaya in different direction. Even not jam from sg long after 8am, but the jam maybe worse in other place such as taman connaught or near to leisure mall.

You move to which part of sg long?

8am maybe so jam. My friend stay Taman rakan go work 6am++

If jam 20 min I think ok lar.

I will move to TP.
Really wish traffic condition there can get better.

TP can take Silk highway.

the traffic ease after 8am, but still moving slow until 9am.
these few week i try 9.30am out from sg long, not jam at all

if the BMC side traffic lights @ grand saga exit broke down or someone turn it off, there will be no jam at all

not any better from TP ler.....

silk highway --> jam at the mines
silk highway --->jln sg long Q from taman rakan2 --> grand saga ---> kl, jam start before batu 9 tol
silk highway --->jln sg long Q from taman rakan2---> grand saga --->silk HW --> kajang/ bangi, jam start @ sungai chua

only silk highway ---> semenyih side guaranty not jam

There is a need for second access road or widen the existing road. More and more people are staying in Sg Long now. Traffic is getting worst.

On Tuesday, coming back also very jam due to the pasar malam.

I am one of those parents sending kids to school every morning. Last year, not that jam in second quarter. But this year, alamak.

Lets hope they can widen the road. As for the pasar malam, or traffic light at the maybank, sometimes i don understand the ppl there. So persistent want to queue there before or after the traffic light. If u goin to pasar malam then not necessarry hav to queue at the traffic light. Can make uturn after utar or turn in from there. As for those wanted to go home like me. I will not take the traffic light at mbb there. I just go straight and eventually its faster. Just dun understand some driver who so kiasu that wan to cut queue then make the traffic worse.

My point of view for sg long traffic is acceptable ... anywhere in kl is jam....

If go to town SILK is not that suitable.

Alamak , SILK also jam.

I see many classifieds selling condos like Evergreen now, around 300k-350k range -- why are people selling it out now ah? Will price still go up for those kinds of condos?

Make me think a thousand time shall I go Sg long for dinner even at 2030 ... I stay at Bukit Suria.

20:30 no jam already, only thing need to think is not much choice/ restaurant for dinner here, BMC side more choices

You are right on choices of food, BMC have more choices.

i think it depends. sometimes still can be quite jam around 2030. And yea, at night sg long not much food ler ... better go BMC which is more happening now
