I have friend staying Sg Long quick long years already. She say last time no jam at all. Now terible jam.

i just stay there for 4+ years. same feeling smile.gif 4 years ago, it was kind of relaxing ... cold area and not much traffic. Now, it's quite jam during the morning (but it's moving slowly). Traffic jam also means more and more ppl start to move in this area.

Still acceptable if you ask me in terms of the jam. for those who want to move there, suggest you come take a look at the place first ... reading the comments here can be misleading sometimes. thumbup.gif

Peri Kor, not old Maybank there. Highway facing kajang there beside demolish Bt 11 toll there. You can seen when passby the demolish toll look have construction.

Intermediate without reno i think 580K kua ... if renovated, 650 - 680K. Somehow SL4 is still an old house la. Those who want to buy and stay for long term, better redo the piping, roof tiles and also may be the wiring. But land size is consider quite big for an intermediate nowadays (24x75).
